I agree, when Dixon was in ruck we looked a little more even.

Also helps that when Lycett won the tap it went straight down the throat of a Freo player.
Dixon managed 4 clearances from the short periods he was in there. Someone Wines has had 0 clearances, one of the things he is usually good for.

A good coach would be worried, but not Ken. He'd just be sitting back going "lol i'm so ****ed." with a chuckle and how it's been a good ride and he got to live his dream as a head coach and got very rich as he tootles off into a cushy media gig in Melbourne and gets full-time into greyhounds from his Geelong property.

You credit Donuts with too much insight. He wouldn't even know he's ****ed.

"The boys just need to work a bit harder. Freo were very very good, to their credit."

Only saw the second half.

Good:
SPP, JHF, Wines, Evans.

Good in patches:
Dixon, Rozee, Burgoyne, Bergmann.

Unacceptable:
The remaining 15, non existent tackling, disposal clangers, lack of manning up, same game plan, playing guys whose time has come and gone.
Did not like Burgoyne tonight - still think we should be playing bonner or McKenzie ahead of him. He just gets pushed off it way too easy.

Once he's got some muscle on him there's a spot waiting for him. Until then he's not able to defend
