IMO the Blues wont make the 8, their next 5 games > Bulldogs, Magpies, Swans(A), Demons, Bombers.

Can realistically see them losing all 5 of those, if so Vossy could be the first coaching casualty of the season.
Make or break.
If they can win a couple of them their draw will open up a bit after.

And on their death beds, possibly lacking all familial comforts except what their money can still buy (if they still have any), their final worlds will all but certainly not be "I wish I had spent more time at the office"
Been beside a few deathbeds and it's always about connection with children/grandchildren, partners, parents, brothers, sisters, close friends.

I'm not laughing.

It's my honest opinion.
Thanks for that, I enjoy reading your posts too.
Been on Big Footy for 7 years or so now and if it weren’t for a chance meeting at a training session back in 2016, I never would have even known about BigFooty, it has slowly become a part of my life that is hard to do without and enjoy coming on every day to read other peoples perspectives and occasionally give some of my own.
One of the first things I do of a morning and one of the last at night.👍

Keep it up buddy.

You're always in good demeanour and have a sensible perspective on the many issues that crop up in footy.

Plus you love the Lions.

That to me is success.

Funnily enough I too do something first thing of a morning and last thing at night but it only reminds me of BF...

First thing in the morning and last thing at night.

On that note, goodnight!

I know I shouldnt do it for my blood pressure but watched most of First Crack last night.Another Collingwood tongue bath.
They did give us a lot of praise saying it was the best we have played blah blah blah.
Our Melbourne and Collingwood wins have still apparently been scrubbed from all official records.

Agree, I didn't think that Collingwood or the Swans were that great yesterday. Although Kingy did say that the Suns were hard done by the umpires, which was rare for the media.

I think it's because they assume that Melbourne and Collingwood are unlikely to play a final at the gabba so it's not too concerning for them. Which is somewhat fair

If we can manage to finish top 2.
It will be a very real possibility that one of them will play a final at the Gabba.

Percentage could keep us out of the top two. Significantly behind and we don't have double ups with the weaker teams that are bleeding percentages.

The North game could come back to bite is.

I would be more inclined to say the Port game actually.
We basically started our season with a percentage of 70 after that game.
So we have ultimately done quite well to now be up over 120%.

Edit: We had a percentage of 57.1 after Round 1 and were in 15th at the end of the Round.

Collingwood has poor % for a team on top of the ladder. So many close wins that there is a good chance they do drop down a spot or two
