Were they going on a pizza? Anchovies on pizza is a most noble undertaking and entirely justifies your whiny suffering.

Anchovies on pizza far more polarising than pineapple IMO.

I'm unsure if I dislike anchovies on my pizza, but at the very least I like to know about it. Not a fan of taking a bite and thinking "what the **** is wrong with this pizza?!" only to be notified afterwards that they're on it.

Local Pizza guys have started putting some sort of weird fish on the pizza instead of anchovy. Completely ****s the pizza.

Anchovy should be salty as a freo fan and essentially crumble into fragments very easily when cooked.

I presume this weird fish - ot salty and has structural integrity - is cheap compared to a proper anchovy. If you have been subjected to this thing presented as anchovy I can see why people would hate it.

I'm pissed off just thinking about it again tbh.

Anchovies on pizza is yet I probably haven't had it in a decade because my wife prefers less adventurous pizza.

This little pizza shop down in Falcon used to do the most epic pizzas when I was a young buck, the old man would always order a supreme and I used to love the anchovies on it, got me hooked.

And I hate anchovies.

As discussed last RDT, I haven’t got past S1 where I wish it’d cut out the stupid light hearted stuff (like the bachelor party) and actually be a bit more interesting - I presume it does get there ?
