Every single team has good, young footballers. Some have great ones and a bunch of them.

Might say just as much as taking mahoney before warner or trading the picks that netted kosi and serong, or gavin brown still head of development.

I think the fact we only had 1 player in the squad says more about the injuries battles our youngsters have gone through this season than the talent on our list. Wardlaw, Powell, Phillips, Goater, Ford, Bergman and Comben have all missed games this season and struggled to get any continuity at AFL level, but all have shown something this season to suggest they have a future in the game. With a bit of luck injury wise next season hopefully we will get a few more next season.
