I travelled 110kms to try the wood fired pizza at Menindee.
It was worth it.
Managed to get back home and it was still warm for the family.

Should watch "The Alpinist" doco on Netflix. About one of the best free climbers. Man free climbed ice up a mountain.

The cellar door at Watkins just near Clarendon/Chandlers Hill makes some amazing wood fired pizza (and wine). They have this chilli honey they make as well that they pop on them that is tops.

Speaking of supposedly big things - I was reading up on Bruce Djite after Ford's glowing endorsement, and in an article on his appointment as the SA Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia it said that the industry was SA's largest employer. Does that sound right? Perhaps they're using a very broad definition of the industry, but Id've thought government, health, education, retail and hospitality would all be bigger. Maybe the Property Council counts some of those as part of their industry. Or anyone with a lease/mortgage.

Good fillum on Netflix about free diving. Sounds a bit of a ****ed up "sport". Quite often on deep dives the compression can cause blood vessels in their lungs to burst and end up coughing up blood, plus passing out near the surface etc.
The end part is about a free dive in the big blue hole thing in Egypt that didn't end super well. Crazy difficult dive even with scuba gear since it's dark as **** and you're in a cave 30m under and have to find the right spot to resurface..
