Just a quiet 29 disposals at 100% efficiency with 14 marks and 562m gained from our All Australian pick #66 in one of our greatest ever wins.
I think I’ve become desensitised to Ryan’s contributions at times.
He’s so consistently dependable that he goes about beating his man one on one and contributing to our team defence without me noticing.
He’s a rock - actually, more of a gem

Was about to say this but given the criteria you could definitely say it’s deserved.
Pretty sure he’s played more games for us than anyone we’ve drafted since Fyfe seven years earlier since btw. Shows not only his durability but probably also how desperately we needed long term players.
I remember when Peel won a GF at Subi, thanks to Ryan and Cox, and I cheekily asked them to win one for Freo. Ryan said, "I'll do my best"

Great achievement for one of the best team players in our history.
I did say back in 2018 that he would be a F&B winner and AA at some point. Happened 2 years later Should be AA again this year.
