Nice to have a ruckman that can actually jump at the ball ups
Everyone is raving about Xerri from North but he was pissing me off when we played them just blocking Darcy's run at every ball up and making it a wrestleNice to have a ruckman that can actually jump at the ball ups

Hey Jen, do you know the date teams that miss the finals usually start pre season?
I’m aware the 1-4 years start first but I assume we’d be able to start pre season the same date as the other 9 clubs that missed the finals.
2025 flag starts nowThe pre-season has already started (for some) -

Follow the colour and action as the Swans and Lions take to the streets of Melbourne for the AFL grand final parade and final training session at the MCG.www.smh.com.au... Pies on track early
The season isn’t officially over yet - there’s still one, pretty big you’d say, game left - but that hasn’t stopped some players hitting their pre-pre-pre season.
Collingwood players Pat Lipinski, Nick Daicos, Tom Mitchell and Isaac Quaynor are all out training, as reportered by Jon Pierik on the ground.
Daicos has been completing 100m sprints and doing some ball work with Mitchell
I'm a traditionalist and thus think this is all a bit wrong. They should be pissed at this time of year. The pre-season has already started (for some) -

I'd like to see the AFL uphold traditions by introducing a training cap where players aren't allowed to be sober between the end of the season and the end of the spring carnival - at the earliest - really should extend to after new years.

Guess it's probably time for a new thread then lolThe pre-season has already started (for some) -

Nicks got that Micheal Jordan 1995 mentality. Every team next year is on his “list”I'm a traditionalist and thus think this is all a bit wrong. They should be pissed at this time of year.
This means the seniors get a pretty long break. Moore said he is going to the Adidas facility to train in Germany after his European holiday. It is meant to have pretty good facilities which international sporting teams use.1-4 years- nov 11
Seniors- Nov 25

I think we'll find a lot of the seniors will be there from day 1. Generally you have players that just want to get back into it. They'll have plenty enough time for a break. Heck its already been a month and players are getting back into thingsThis means the seniors get a pretty long break.
