Re: Geelong famous fans Mark Baretta converted Jennifer Hawkins to the cats. And Felicity Kennet was a cats supporter. i have seen her on the train many times in her cats gear on the way home from the footy.

I have the same problem my wife and daughter(5) are Collingwood and my son(4) and I are Geelong. He has not taken his jumper off except for the odd wash since the first final. Pity it is a night game as he would have loved to go.

I think i must be sitting with the enemy at M28 CC as every cats supporter seems to be in M57 best thing is i am taking my son again and he is still never seen the cats loose.

i would like to see the stat for ones that are hand balled or kicked through as opposed to punched through. Geelong seem to rush behinds when the ball comes down long to the square by punching it through whereas opposition seem to rush them due to forward line pressure and fear of a turn over.

They just looked like a bunch of cowards on Saturday. i sat there laughing at each rushed behind then applauding Geelong every time they took the ball out of the defensive fifty from the goal line. shows Geelongs tenacity to not only win the ball but not let any free scoring occur.

Best passage i have heard from a cats fan on this board.. not that i am getting in front of myself and Geelong having supported them for 36 years but it is time to show the faith and wave the flag...

Cant say i remember Tenace actually hitting a target in the last 1/2 dozen games. He seems to have lost his pace or is not chasing opposition players.

Fortunately i have foxtel at work and will be putting it on at 3;30 and sitting down with a Latte and enjoying it.

Couldn't give a toss what other supporters think of him. I love him my son loves him and he has been my dream team captain for the past three years.

Live on Foxtel is fantastic. I get to go around to my old mans place watch his foxtel drink his beer and get away from the wife and kids for a few hours. although my son does come with me as he loves the cats as well.
