...shit get paid. It wasn't paid last week, last month last year and it sure as shit won't be paid next week...but tonight it's fair game because f**k you.
And that's without taking into account that many calls and non calls were made at goal scoring range. All of them going one way. How about...
'Contact to the arm was minimal'
'You can chop the arm if you hit the ball first'
'If one arm is pinned you still must dispose of the footy even if you have no prior'
Jesus there's some *******s in here.
Bad luck yesterday, you lot.
How do you see 2024 panning out? And seasons beyond that? FWIW, I see no reason why Essendon should be confident based on yesterday or previous years.
Match finishes at around 10:30. So really, you can expect to be asleep by 11-11.30 if you don't go to the game. That's too late for me and plenty of others to maintain healthy sleeping patterns (we all should. sleep is equally important as diet).
6pm should be the cut off.
Actually, while I'm at it, what can I do to ease trans suffering? I believe every human deserves good faith and courtesy as a default, I'm big on people's rights and am something of a libertarian (transition away!). If I saw a trans person being bullied I'd intervene. Anything else?
Is this to suggest that most/all of the additional mental illness trans people suffer compared to non trans mental illness is because of poor treatment from society?
I won't lie either, I am on the 'other side' but I'm far more open to change that most and will freely admit (again) that I could be wrong on all of this.
I think we have a misunderstanding. What I'm trying to work out is what is it that prompts a child to consider themselves trans?
What are the preventative measures?
No doubt transphobia exacerbates trans mental illness. Not sure how much of trans suffering can be chalked up to transphobia, though.
Have their been any studies into how/why a person comes to identify themselves as trans? Given the strong link between being trans and mental illness, should we look into preventative measures?
Talking in terms of gender, how does one determine what men and women are? What's the criteria?
Which gender is considered when it comes to sporting teams and why? Do some argue that it is about sex but it should be about gender?
So I understand correctly, is it possibly for somebody to be a...
Are there any citations for any of this?
You claim that the use of 'gender' and 'sex' at separate terms has been around for a long time but then offer nothing to substantiate beyond further assertions. I'd only heard of this notion recently and on the surface it appears to be an intentional...
The conversation in this thread has been relatively sensible given the sensitive nature of the topic and that this is an internet forum. Well done, all.
I believe gender/sex/whatever term you use is determined by biological factors, almost entirely chromosomes. I could be wrong.
I'm not here...
Made worse by the fact that the last time they beat us we were top ups.
And they were on top of the ladder.
And we were dead last.
And it was by only 14 points.
You don't need to demonstrate to the world that you've changed your ways. Why do we need proof? Just change yours ways. Saying 'we aren't like that anymore' (assuming it's true) is adequate.
Offer the stats you mention up. Don't tell me to go look at them. But yes, the #freekickhawthorn thing was bs. Not quite sure how the issues I raised relate to Hird/Sheedy, but, oh well.
