Just in case you might have missed it, Joe with a shout-out to his first team from 1.53.

A big part of a very short speech.
OK, so it's 9am, and my next commitment on this Sunday is at 5pm.
By my calculations I can rewatch the last ten minutes of the second quarter 48 times in that window.
I'd argue Matthew Clarke was the best ruckman we had at the Brisbane Lions, particularly if you include his mid 90s form at the Bears.
He was also the inaugural Merrett-Murray medal winner in 1997.
I'm not shocked by the controversy, but I am tired of it.
Both sides make valid points. Sometimes there's no easy answer.
It seems like these incidents often break the way of powerful Victorian clubs with a lot of media support, though.
Looks like:
'He's not trying to get any advantage! He'd put his foot back behind the crease! What's he supposed to do? Wait around for five minutes and ask the umpire if he's allowed to move yet?'
Right now our team is a couple of levels above the Crows.
I'm a bit less confident about playing them in the rain, though. It'll blunt both teams big weapons, but ours more.
Beyond that, they beat at the beginning of the season, and since then their highest-ranked scalp has been Gold Coast.
Arguably getting within a goal of Port Adelaide away has been their most impressive result since round one.
It'd create too much tension trying to squish their names together.
Just name them after the suburb between Carlton and Collingwood on the map, which is...

The one that really gets me is St Kilda's move to Seaford.
$3.5m in State Government funds, and $3m in Council funds, for the initial move.
Then $8m in State Government funds a few years later, when St Kilda decided they didn't like it any more and moved back to Moorabbin.
Frankston City...
Voss in 2013 (aka 'the Voss megathread')
This is probably the best thread to get a sense of it, or at least the build up to it.
I think it was pretty good on here, really. But some nasty stuff on the Lions' facebook page and the Courier-Mail put people on edge.
We lost the contested possession count 157 to 149. I'd call that 'barely' rather than 'comfortably'; strong chance the writer mixed up the stats for contested and uncontested possession.
So it was a verb originally in Latin, and it's evolved over time to become a preposition?
I guess the people who use it as a verb are being more faithful to its millennia-old legacy.
If he changed his name to Tim Maurice and came back, I reckon he'd be safe.
After all, no one would be able to tell him from all the other interchangeable idiots in the footy media.
