Bennet from Bundoora, the other names elude me. Im led to believe one from EDFL has won a best in comp and another has kicked quite a few goals. All playing top division.

They signed 6 players last week, with Marshall being the 6th best signing. Rucks have well and truly been covered. Quality high level recruits on the way from a variety of comps.

I expect him to only play vs Reservoir, maybe I will be wrong. I understand he stopped playing footy due to work and family commitments.
Auskick should be free and kids designated to clubs or areas. Clubs without seniors should be told who to be affiliated with, not arranged with the committee...
Benny, you are 100% correct in what you are saying, Jnr numbers and teams shrinking west of plenty rd, Including power houses Morang and Mernda. Mill Park almost stuffed as well. No support or innovation from the league. Not once in my time involved at the bloods has Macdougal or his cohorts...
Lalor had a mix of seniors and reserves out with COVID totalling 6 and another 10 out injured. Also copped a few serious injuries this week as well. Will get tough to field a senior team once the cold months set in. Big reunion this week so hopefully they can stick it up Mernda who seem to be...
Reading too much into it. They are planning on fielding two teams will know by training numbers this week. There will be a few phone calls made to dust off the boots.
I follow Lalor and hope like hell they get two teams for the season. Unfortunately from what I see and hear if they get two teams they will struggle to keep two teams on the track for the season.
I took your post as 2 wins each. Sadly Bloods won’t get with in 100 points of any team bar Ressa this year. If they get 4-6 injuries/Covid outs they will struggle to field a senior team.
Unfortunately shelling out cash for players has not worked previously, seen it way too many times. If they do it is only a short term fix. Almost all of last years best 22 will be moving on. Hopefully there will be a way to preserve this clubs proud history. The competition will be worse off...
Maybe big name assistant coach who recently stopped playing because of injury has something to do with it? Always been a great supporter of youth and giving them a go.
