Are the boys from west are team to keep your eye having lost Coulson and maski in the off season. But In previous weeks announce Gleeson as new signing who’s probably a class above div 3 and also notice Jordan bulman pending clearance from north Heidelberg?

Give me a spell

ha ha ha. Great to see you've still kept your sense of humour CC. Let's continue it on the VAFA board during 2022
We might both be on this board soon enough if all the rumours I'm hearing are true?

That said, my most recent information looks to have been about 10 goals out 😂

Chump

That’s a great get. They’ve had a massive off season. Certainly improved their list even with the losses of Coulson and Miki.

Bagsy 82 Don't agree?

2 regular d1 players from top d1 clubs
2 of Lalors best players, Hill and Evans are great d3 players.
The other Hill brother who goes alright from all reports?
Gleeson surely would still go alright?
Just my opinion and only time will tell but West are definitely less of a chance to play finals when you compare the outs with the ins. I personally doubt any of the ins will have the same impact but obviously you have a very high opinion of the new players.

Have they lost anyone else of note?

Miki and Coulson out?

Bought in 6 certain starters from where I sit.

Quality vs quantity. Gun ruckman don’t play Div 3 footy very often, when Coulson was fit easily one of the best players in Div 3 same goes for Miki when he played West were a way better side. You might be right but in lower grade of footy it’s the guns that make the difference not the good average senior players in my opinion.

As they say a champion player does not make a champion team but one thing is for certain west never give up kudos to the club for going so long with no juniors they re write the the book when it comes to mateship/loyalty/just being better blokes hats off to them

Can a d3 team afford to invest that much of there cap on 2 players though? It hasn’t worked for them.

Lol. Banyule have one of the best Junior set ups going around. The number of players who play in the senior team who came through the juniors is impressive.

I hope parade go well, im a former paradian, but it will take plenty of work.
Of course it won't be easy, but surely with some nurturing of the relationship with the school they have access to a shit load of talented kids.

Parade will be fine, they already have a 19s program, amazing facilities and a side which would be decent in d3

They play Saturday sport I believe so ideally kids would continue to play for the school as opposed to being poached

Would be a huge get for the NFNL.

Nothing would change for them besides having bigger crowds and not driving all around Melbourne for a game of footy. They are offering free subs this season so must have some $$$$.

Will the league let them enter 1 side? Would a joint reserves with Reservoir be possible I wonder? How are e mustangs numbers I wonder

They have been given permission to field a senior team. Unfortunately not too many past players float around the club these days and most too old.
