My logic for tipping this round was the dockers couldn't possibly lose, so I'll go the dees. I saw the second quarter and thought a waste. Saw the second half and laughed
Take away that ill discipline at the end and he had a good game, hit more targets that schammer and mcmanus put together. That being said, I don't think he was up to AA quality
He has been suspended before, how many times this season should Goodes have been suspended?? From incidents I have seen he should have been done Round 1, 3 & 5. He would be in a good position to challenge Mooney's record if the MRP would let him off
Would still go Murphy and would maintain the normal opinion on Robbo just going for the ratings. Murphy is showing this year what happens when he doesn't get the number one or two tag each week like he did last season.
Who exactly tagged pendelbury last season?
I think this also...
And A. Goodes twice in 5 minutes in the third quarter on Stenglein(player was wearing blue and gold, though the hitter had the st k colours) and i am sure there are another 20 incidences this season that have questionable reviews from the MRP for teams in other colours.
But which other Swans player would do that? If someone said a swans player king hit someone, I think nearly everyone's first guess would have been Barry Hall. In fact there are very few others in the league that people might have thought would do that. Even jeffrey wouldn't, there are no...
Look at the two midfields that were thrown up and check the years that they played. 2002-4 would be right
2001 everyone beat the eagles, except freo and saints :p
Last check, brisbane lost every game where that was the midfield. That was also back in the days where our back 6 (including Glass) appeared ******ed. Also considering how strong the rest of the lions squad was compared to the eagles, its not unreasonable to say that the midfield won the day
Nor should you, those are players to build a club around. If they had been at my club for the last few years, I wouldn't want to lose them either. *crys at Judd leaving*
If it all will be dealt with quiet easily why haven't they started doing it. Brian Cook is too good an administrator to not have tried signing at least some of the players already. My (very far out) guess is that contract talks have started.
I didn't forget Thomas, I find he actually puts in effort every game.
Disagree with your view of Medhurst, but there is probably bias from his complete lack of accountability when playing at the tigers (claremont) and then the dockers.
Still fail to see this workman attitude and find the...
Didak, Pendelbury, Holland, T. Cloke, L Davis, Medhurst are not workman like, they are flashy players that like to do party tricks. Bloody useful, especially didak, but not workman like. With the recent retirements, this is a core for your club going forward. Most of the workman like players...
I seem to recall that brisbane actually had problems with young up and coming teams. From '02 they failed to beat teams like the eagles who were in that boat.
Still reckon brisbane would be the better team, especially if you remember they had players like the undockered Headland to mix in...
On the radio tonight the girl was trying to be witty saying our tips are similar two rounds in a row.
DC: 'i have a cold and elvis is dead, the world is full of coincidences'
I think I will wait for Daniel Rich to come up before getting greatly excited. To break into the subiaco league side at 17 shows real ability and have a major influence. Has to wait the rest of the year for the draft though
But associations like the WAFC (which WCE and dockers help fund) actually like the money they get. Strangely enough they are more likely to invest money in WA football than the pies, who are happy to take WA players.
So investment in lower levels of football is reduced, pies get another...
Well if we are going by that, it should be the Claremont Tigers, for where the team came from, or the subiaco dudds, for where they play, not the Fremantle Dockers
Which clubs in the afl have admitted they have problems?
Last check 16 players came up positive for drugs last year, 9 this year. Maybe other clubs have players that use/have used drugs
(Remember these are only the ones that have been caught)
When was the last time a player was done without video footage?
Look at the charges or incidents let off in the last few weeks and there will be many that say insufficient video evidence.
Carr will get off.
Re: Fremantle...the most pathetic club in the AFL
If Fremantle were made from any clubs, it would be one club. Almost half their list and their coach came from Claremont who had won 5 flags in 9 years. West Coast have had a much stronger heritage to south freo than the dockers, yet look at...
technically he retired this season. He retired in November after the team list was submitted. For memory priddis was promoted off the rookie list during the season for matera.
