Since the 16 week suspension cut off has come into force, I know of at least two cases this year alone where the "life ban" was overturned on appeal. If all these appeals are getting upheld surely the rule will have have to be revised or scrapped??

Great tournament report Premiership. Thanks. I know its not much to go on with the ridiculous shortened games and numerous players opting to sit it out, but good for teams to have a glimpse at some of the 2nd teir players. Bring on the rain and lets get ready to rumble for 2007!

Surely Serge would be better off concentrating on his coaching. He has a good side cabable of taking it up to the Redans and Easts. Was a great player in his day, but getting older and more undisciplined as time goes on. Would do more harm than good to come in and out injured and suspended.
