When you're as good around the goals as Leon is it can be a waste of his talent to play him up the ground. That said it is good to get him involved in the midfield rotations as he has that speed, flair and class that we can lack on occasions.

I think you'll find most Pies supporters couldn't be happier with this decision. The boys love playing for him and most of them have only been coached by Mick at AFL level.
