Thanks. Already having sliding doors moments haha, what if I did this. Not looking at you Chad Warner or Charlie Curnow.
Although swings and roundabouts, reversed my Fisher to Rankine trade about an half an hour before the Geelong game as I didnt like my bench cover and just hoped Mannagh could...
Nic Newman has a five round average of 104 including the sugar hit that is Richmond, sure if your strapped for trades and cash but I would look elsewhere. Jordan Clark is 552k and about to get the same sugar hit this week for example.
Id keep Martin, i trust him more than the other 2 durability wise. A Martin 85 in rd 24 better than a Ridley 0, of course nothing is certain. You can also get to Neale with Young and Ridley if you wanted a choice of lions mids.
Made some changes
4 trades left
Took a ping at the stumps with Warner, gave away 4 overthrows. What is is with the name Warner and being overrated. Made my own bed sigh.
Anyone have the courage to trade Luke Ryan out. Could be the POD move that lift you up the rankings if he regresses a lot. 15 and 18 touches the last 2 weeks.
Does have tigers in Rd 17 though, that will tell the story if he has regressed.
Seems you had cover and lot of bad luck
If I was buying a 23rd it would be Simpkin over Rozee as he can cover multiple lines, both have injury riddled seasons though so not keen on either.
Id rather wait till i need cover and then trade in cover or replace the player that got injured.
Probably no trades, keep my 5 for a rainy day.
Not a fan of the 23rd, rather put my money on the field. Looping never works out well, I still remember the Bramble disaster of 2021 where I benched a premo mid to take his 120, the premo mid was obviously pissed at that and knocked out a 158.
If...
If Serong averages 115 ROS, Steele in his 1 less game needs to average 128 to match.
You need to factor in 19th score this week but if Steele goes 105 ROS, you are roughly 200-210 points better off minus a 19th score if you have one this week after adding Serong.
Depends what you think each...
Yes Merrett is probably the one mid to grab and he had a great start to the year, but since Rd5 he has only gone 110 avg and with lots of tag threats in the last 10 games its a risk I am willing to take.
