I have stated it before, I wouldn't be suprised if the Eagles look at him if he does go to a rookie draft, do know the family and there was interest from WC as well as Sydney prior to him being drafted.

I agree, I too was filthy with the way he played against the Bulldogs but after taking some time to digest the game, you do have to realise his age as a key forward player, he still has a good amount of time to improve and become the player that was talked about possibly going early in the draft...

I agree with this. I can't understand why Ellis-Yolman isn't getting a game for Adelaide, he is a bigger body midfielder (189 cm, 92km) and every time I have seen him play he seems to play well. Surely wouldn't cost much either.

I honestly hope they do trade away their pics for him, I can't see him as being as good as they want him to be. Good second tall, but not as a Pavlich replacement. (Could regret this comment in 8 years time)

I personally wouldn't be trading in anyone this year, keep our picks and maybe upgrade if we can using Sinclair then next year heavily focus on a young WA star such as Coniglio, D Swallow, H Bennell..... just one of these would help us immensely.

Long time Bigfooty reader and very occasional poster but this thread has really annoyed me. Priddis tries every game he plays, showed that over a year with consistent performances rewards such as a Brownlow are achievable yet people still don't "rate" him. He isn't the worlds best kick .. But...

And for the record I would be disappointed if we lost Shuey at all, still believe he can become a top 10 midfielder in the comp ...

I don't believe Collingwood are going to want a disgruntled employee sitting on their list and possibly causing a rift in the team, I think Pick 4 is a reasonable deal. I bet if the Eagles were offered that for Shuey who wanted to go back to Victoria we would take it (different players I know)
