Re: Round 7 Trades
1. Higgins > chappy OR
2. Higgins > J.Roo + cash left for mid trades coming up (swan/Judd/Ablett)..
dispute the obvious long term benefits of 2, its temping to get chappy on the assumption he'll have a field day against north
Re: Round 7 Trades
Want Duigan > Hibberd.. but reading the Essendon website it looks like he'll be an emergency this week.. what do you all read into it?

i think Puopolo is a good substitute because of the...

Re: FFGenie 2010.1
when i try and use the website login option to download teams i get the following error popup. "Java.net.UnknownHostException: SuperCoachHeraldsun.com.au".
could it have anything to do with my team name having ":" and "-" characters in the name?
Re: FFGenie 2010.1
Cheers Grimlock.
i cleared the cache, deleted the original download, restarted my computer.. then downloaded both the DT and SC files. got DT to work, then tried SC, and it worked too..
so finally all worked.. :D
Re: FFGenie 2010.1
to get the error i do the following:
1. file new
2. select supercoach (R0 data loads fine)
3. select Import from file, and select the file --> then i get the error:
Import Error
Unknown VS game type = 2010
i know what your saying about goodwin.. but its hard to ignore his pre-season.. i mean i had newman and only changed him recently.
its Ball or Cooney - at this stage i don't have enough for cooney.. i think its really 50/50 with those two -- most teams seem to have one or the other
i know...
I want a really cheap 4th ruck.
Who is most likely to get a game early on.. if any of them?
$83,400
Daniel BASS
Broc MCCAULEY
Seamus MCNAMARA
Eddie PRATO
Could settle for $94,200
James CRAIG
Jack FITZPATRICK
Max GAWN
Sam GRIMELY
Nathan VARDY
I know with Hawthorn’s ruck problem...
no bad, similar to mine.
backs: I think Goddard is a little over priced (as are most of the St Kilda players at the moment).
mids: its been said before, and i'll say it again.. 3 rookies on the field does have risks associated - too many IMO
rucks: any combo with that spend is about the same...
DUFFIELD V ?
I currently have the following in my backline (and I think it’s ok).. there is obvious risk with KENNELLY, HUNT & LADSON.. but my question is why isn’t anyone talking about DUFFIELD..?
ENGLIGHT, DUFFIELD, HODGE, KENNELLY, HUNT, LADSON, SCHOENMAKERS (MAGUIRE, TRENGOVE)
good question. one that has been asked many times. you could also add NASH to the list.
I have gone with HUNT and LADSON.. but also interested in other opinions.
to directly answer your question.. I currently have HALL
..but to broaden it a bit, help me pick 3 of the following:
KENNEDY v HALL v DANGERFIELD v ZIEBELL v WILLIAMS
I currently have:
HALL, DANGERFIELD, ZIEBELL
(KENNEDY has me thinking…)
i'll try again.
Don’t know if this one has been done..
BARRY HALL vs MARK WILLIAMS
Two different players.. both with a lot of capability to increase in $$$.
Hall being the main man – tall/tough forward
And Williams coming out of the shadow of Fraklin/Roughead now that he is at the Dons..
Please take a look and my team.. and let me know what you really think…
BACKS
ENRIGHT, DUFFIELD, HODGE, HUNT, LADSON, NASH, SCHOENMAKERS (MAGUIRE, TRENGOVE)
MIDS
ABLETT, PENDLEBURY, SELWOOD, VINCE, TRENGOVE, MARTIN (JETTA, BASTINAC)
RUCKS
SANDILANDS, NAITANUI (WARNOCK, LOBBE)...
Don’t know if this one has been done..
