^^ NDS is a Supercoach stud in a good midfield. Couldn't go past him.

A gun and a rookie (ie. Pavlich & Rohan) vs two mid tier players (ie. Medhurst & Kennedy)?

I'm still being tempted by Hall.... !!

Personally, I don't think Lenny Hayes be as good this year.
If I had to choose one it would be Selwood and Cooney but Maybe you could go Selwood and Ball?

I'll post a question I asked before:

Sandi + Hill + Tippett

v.s.

Clark + Jolly + Hall

Option 2 is a bit more expensive so I might have to downgrade the likes of Greenwood to Waters...

Also:

Pendlebury v.s. Dal Santo

Thanks

I do like option two, Clark, Jolly and Hall, and Waters is not a bad option.

I also prefer Pendlebury (I'm a collingwood supporter so I'm biased)

Now I'm trying to decide between three midfields (my top four midfielders)
Ablett + Pendlebury + Mitchell + Vince (currently have)
OR
Ablett + Swan + Pendlebury + Vince (by downgrading Rohan to Podsiadly)
OR
Ablett + Pendlebury + Mitchell + Ball (leaving $71,300 in the bank to upgrade something)

They are some bloody good midfields. My pick would be the last one. Backing Ball to average 100-110 this year (I hope!)

Mine involves the headache of MPP.

Jetta + Shuey

vs.

Farmer + Rohan

Second will give me another couple of rookies to cover for Hodge, Greenwood, ROK, Pavlich and Harvey. I hate to lose Shuey though and I'd have to hang onto Farmer + Rohan all year (and not downgrade to another rookie later for cash) to be worth it. Leaning towards first...

Pods

vs

Wonaeamirri

Anyone????

Interesting one. PODS will surely play games early, he may only need to play say 6-8 for cash cow purposes anyway. Where is Wona at? Still injured? Hasn't played a praccy match yet i don't think. Would have to be a risk for round 1.

My quick one:

Banner v Shuey

I currently have Shuey.

what about Matthew Lobbie vs Wayde Skipper as 4th RUC

i would go skipper, now with Taylor out for long time he should play, as for Lobbe im not sure he will play

mine is Cross vs Boyd vs Watson vs Deledio

What are thoughts

Will Pods definetly get games early? I keep thinkin that if Hawkins and Mooney are fit that he wont get a spot. I'd rather Pods over Wonna, purely for the extra 90k, my worry is Pods getting a spot.

Wonna is currently fit and I think is in line to play at Casey this week. He's off our injury list anyway.

______

I've taken Shuey ahead of Banner myself. Think he'll be a more reliable option.

Pods is 28 (or something like that). If Geelong weren't going to play him, why recruit him? He's bound to play, and I would not be surprised at all to see him put the Geelong jumper on round one.

My Questions:

Cameron Hitchcock or Scott Gumbleton?

Swan, Hayes and Harvey (FWD) or Dal Santo, Selwood and ROK (FWD)

Swan = Dal
Hayes = Selwood
Harvey < ROK

So i'd go the latter option.

For me:

Sandilands + Shaw or Hille + Goddard

My Question:

Hille/NicNat + Sandi or Kreuzer + Tippett or Macintosh + Ottens or any other ruck combo $857,600 or less.

Thanks in advance
Nic Nat and Sandi, Nic is in for a big one i believe.
My one is:

Banner vs Shuey vs Bastinac (already have Barlow, Martin and Jetta)

Hmmm, all 3 look on track for round one.

If the cash really matters to you, I'd go Bastinac as the cheap option.

If not, I'd go Shuey, because he's been on the list for a year, and I think the WCE will play him if he's fit.

Pretty much 33.3/33.3/33.3 to be honest.

Have to go for the first one, because Broughton and Armitage are iffy in my mind.

My Question

Adam Cooney, Josh Hunt and Beau Waters

OR

Chris Masten, Tadgh Kennelly and Levi Greenwood?

Second one looks tempting now, but thoughts?
Appreciate the feedback. :thumbsu:

I'd go no.2 assuming you are starting either Greenwood or Waters on the field, however if either one start on your bench then i'd go with no.1.

I would go with the first option. Duffield is almost same as Broughton,
while the advantage Gia and Clark have over Danger field and Tippet far outweigh Armitage vs. Jack Trengrove.

Regarding rucks,

Sandilands+ Hille + Tippett(fwd)

v.s.

Clark + Jolly + Hall
The second option is a bit more expensive and might require some downgrading of guys like Greenwood, Trengrove etc

Cheers!

I'd go the first option.

ATM i have both Ball and Dangerfield in my team. I think Ball will score better than Gia and Dangerfield should score alright, plus I think that option is cheaper so i'd go with the second pair.

S.Fisher v Hurn v Gilbert

Hmm have to agree with toxic mastern will be a great SC player last year his efficency let him down but if he gets it right his scores will be through the roof so option 1 for me

personally i'd choose masten & dangerfield and upgrade elsewhere with the extra $$$$

****************

My quandry is JOLLY or MITCH CLARK????

****************

Jolly by a country mile really like jolly SC scores and will take alot of the ruck work at the pies. I think they should fraiser up fwd as another good tall fwd instead of the inconsistant talls(brown, cloke, anthony) with wood backing up jolly. dont see clark rising his avg to much with other rucks back in the side
