Ziebell and Zaharakis...... Ziebell only had 70% game time but that's no excuse. I traded him in after his string of 120's thinking his scores had improved with the improvement of the team. Since then he's been shocking.

Been playing well in the VFL but who's spot does he take? Melbourne's strongest part of the field is inside mids. He is a nice kick so maybe play him behind the ball as Melbourne's quality disposal out of defence is lacking. To answer your question, don't hold your breath waiting for him.

Tynan has played all the NAB games for Melb. Didn't score big but impressed with his intensity, exactly what Neeld is looking for hence his spot in the side. Still wouldn't take him over some of the other rookies though.

MPP is very important this year. Dangerfield is the safer bet. Knights is too injury prone. I wouldn't worry about only having 10k in the bank. As long as you've picked players who are going to improve, it's a good investment. Money in the bank is just money which isn't getting you points...

Decided I might try at SC a bit harder this year. In DT you look for players who kick more the h/b, get plenty of marks and some tackles are also nice. In SC what are you looking for in a player which points towards them being a good scorer?

Well that raises another question. Do I trade him for Hill even though I already have Rioli, Gamble and Tippet? This would mean I'll be starting 2 rookies every week.

He had a great preseason bad has scored pretty crap so far, even after playing Melbourne. Thoughts? Just a slow start or is he really past it?
