The missus has an Asus R101d laptop and reports slow speeds, especially when she has a few programs going. I thought a ram upgrade could help, is it worthwhile upgrading to 2Gb? Also what sort of RAM will I be needing? Any advice would be appreciated.

Check out Klipsch earphones. I really like this brand, I have an amazing set of speakers for my computer of theirs and got a quality pair of their earphones on the cheap too. Not sure how renowned this brand is, but they sure do the job :thumbsu:

I have been downloading torrents for 5 years and have not once got a virus or trojan. Streaming online is poorer quality picture and with torrents you can watch them over and over again without having to re-stream. Torrents > stream.

eztv.it and utorrent are better friends to have.
