Love seeing all the footage from last years Grand Final the AFL have been posting on social media this week.

Also loving that the amount of salt from opposition supporters hasn’t decreased one bit over the last twelve months.

Watched the full replay yesterday for the first time in ages. Still got goosebumps when Nick kicked the first and still felt a little sick at times during the game even though I knew the outcome

I'll watch the GF one more time before Saturday, either with SEN or 3AW commentary.

I have watched the full replay about 4 times in the last 12 months, although I have watched the last 5 minutes roughly 10 times. I still get so nervous at all the "what if" moments in the last 10 minutes that could have resulted in a Collingwood loss. Its amazing I can't sit back and relax and watch it even though I know the magnificent outcome. We may never see a Grand final quite like it.

After watching the awesome clip I really hope the Lions win. Can't help but respect Fagan. He was so gracious in defeat. Also have a lot of love for Froggy Lester. Brilliant interview on SEN yesterday and seems like the ultimate team player.

My respect increased for Fagan after seeing that footage.

I remember the last 30 seconds before the siren watching in the Ponsford Stand.

After Daniher's goal I was bracing myself for another heartbreaking loss. When Mitchell won that free kick and the boys started chipping it around, I was still expecting heartbreak.

As Checkers bombed it forward, I saw the 30 seconds sign being held up at the Collingwood bench (which usually means there's about 15 seconds to go).

THEN it hit me... wait... we're going to win!

Such a euphoric moment! I want to experience that feeling again!

Would’ve been an amazing experience amongst the faithful that day.

2018 I watched the loss at the AIA centre fan zone. I couldn’t do it again, that train ride home was emotionally draining.

2023 I decided to stay home and watch the game by myself. Too many close games in the last couple years.

When Titch received the high free kick that’s when I thought we had it, just had to manage the clock from there.
