I wonder what The Herald-Sun is going to fill its pages with now.

Some story about Jason Mifsud bad mouthing Majak would be my guess.........

.........with reams of pages quoting and debating the merits of his subsequent apology.

Much ado about nothing.

Hit the nail on the head.

Without any clear footage, only the umpires report can be used as well as evidence from both clubs.

Unfortunate result for those leeches in the media who had ready made headlines ready to be churned out.

One question i feel that needs to be answered from either Werribee or the club is what did they do to try and prevent it?

Majak is totally 100% accountable for his own actions, but surely the club would have known that a confrontation between the pair was always going to eventuate. Scott West or Lappin the development manager surely would have told the North listed blokes eg Greenwood, Hansen, etc to look after Majak out on the ground to ensure such a incident did not occur. Or am i missing something?

All Maj needs to worry about is playing the footy, nothing else.

I think Daw is grown up enough now to look after himself. From what I have seen, he's got a bit of mongrel about him, which is good.

Get him in the 1st's

Must not....

That made me sit up and sprayed my computer screen with commenting "bullshit!"... in a good way!

Has the suspension lifted yet?

And I am guessing he own't be eligible for elevation until 2013 season? Or is there a rookie elevation option available later this year? Am a bit unclear about the elevation rules during season (apart from when placing a senior on long-term injury list)

was lifted before the start of the season from memory, went for about 4 weeks or so.

He has to be elevated at the end of this year. He was given a two year extension which included this year and next so he will get elevated irrespective.

That's the one.

Maj must have had the same mail.

He poses a very interesting problem from the coach.

Surely he has to be elevated this year (can't we do this round 11?).

But how would you fit him into a team already playing two all Australian quality rucks, that just beat the reigning premiers.

Also, at this point in time, Pedersen would be next in line, I would imagine.

But when you have a human highlight reel playing in the magoos, if and when he starts to develop some consistency, how can you resist?

Geez he is exciting when he gets a head of steam up.

Maj will be a back up ruck/key forward at AFL level at best. It would be great if the Tigers played him in out of the goal square for at least 50% game time to give him a strong education in this area. Reckon he would kick a few bags for them if he stayed there for the rest of the year.
