A quick look through his post history suggests that Hunch may be linked to Ziebell in some way.

This article shows how much upside there is to this kid he didnt train for last 6weeks dragged through draft camp and bottom aged . He will be the bargin of the draft.

Spelling aside, he got that prediction right.

As far back as March 07 he was talking about Ziebell - 18 months before many of us had heard his name.

All good Players for metro will be interesting to see them play vic country again tho .They got smashed by vic country in U15's final. Vic country are tough . I rekon Jack Ziebell is the best U16 in the country he was vc of vic country and all aust he's different to scully hard and mean and does what he wants and a guy called matt pianto is another tough nut . I played against them both at school footy and watch out for them they take toughness to another level,they would eat thier own. City football is soft compared to what these guys play.

No I don't think Jack is after money. His manager could be holding out to get more if he has a good 2nd year.

It sounds like he likes north, but he barracked for the pies, and malthouse rates him highly, so you would think its not out of the realm's of possibility that he would be tempted by going there, especially if they chase him hard.

I hope he re-signs, if we can improve on 13th and make the eight, he might want to stay on board if we're going places, but if we have another poor year, he might be tempted to move to a top 6 club.

Guys like Warren, Wright and Grima re-signed, so it does beg the question, I think. It could be his manager who has told him to wait, much like Ricky O with Brian Lake.

The way Malthouse spoke of Jack, it was as if he had known him, more than just he's a great footballer talk, his character. And Buckley would've had a fair bit to do with him at the AIS as well, so there are ties to collingwood. There's also the gold coast lurking in the background.

Don't know why you're getting so fired up. I'm only pointing out that he hasn't f@#king signed, so its a bit of a concern. He hasn't said he wants to stay, so we can't exactly be "yeah, it'll be fine, he'll sign", until we here otherwise.

Unfortunately, there's no one club loyalty anymore guys. Gibbo, McLean, and Judd are the most recent examples of that. Mumford as well.
Sorry for being negative, but if we all just assume he's going to be at the club for his whole career, there's a chance we might get rolled down the track. Jack seems like he's got good character, but who knows what will happen. I certainly hope he is a one club player, but there's no guarantee's in the modern game.

Good point, but the modern game is much like the free agency of the nba, players go wherever they want these days, there's not the same loyalty anymore. Richo is probably the last of that era.
