That's one of the worst, as I've whined about before. Starbucks and 7-Elevens are franchises, 150-year-old institutions and clubs are not!!

You can blame former swan gerard healy for that. He famously decried the use of the term on "on the couch", but then changed his tune and to this day refers to them as franchises

I heard that. By the time he interviewed someone about Luton after the break he had been given the correct pronunciation.
So it should be "Luton" as in "rootin"?
