I don't know, Hardinhands only problem was his disposal..Let him down when he was playing seniors...Both are highlights package players but Howes kicking is ok and he's more consistent for sure...Would slot into our forward line quite well..

That's probably what it will end up being (assuming that's your third rounder?), however since you're offering him 4 years @ $400k, I wouldn't be surprised if we started negotiations by requesting your second rounder, as anyone with half a brain would do.

Honestly, pick 40 odd sounds a reasonable deal. I just don't get why we would offer 4 years instead of 2 when we are already offering double the wage you are (reportedly).

Pick in the 40s a fair deal but a straight swap for Howe would be even better.

Every now and then he pops up and does something exciting, but for the most part he is unseen. Please explain how a player can be dropped to the VFL twice in one year in the team that wins the wooden spoon yet is perceived to have any sort of trade currency?

Howe's kicking is no better. It was his let down as a junior.

I think you might be out of touch with Melksham's form.

Jake's a below average player, thus should be getting less than the average salary of $325k - the fact that it's a four year offer only heightens the ludicrousness of the offer.

400k is about right for Melksham. You must overrate players if you consider Melksham is below average.
