Oh well, at least he has done the bulk of the pre season. He shouldn't lose too much conditioning in just a few weeks. I hope.

That would rule him out of the first couple of rounds. Hopefully he gets to line up for Werribees first match.

Shouldn't be rushed back after what happened last year.

If Pedo can't get a game up forward then he should slot in ahead of Keys IMO.

Anybody know how Grima is tracking? Is he any chance for round 1? It would be nice to have him in the team although I do concede he may be under done

Look at how terrible his form was last year when rushed back and not ready.

I hope they learn bigtime from that as he was useless last year.

No rushing back.....He will be ready when he is ready !!!!
Yep. Give him plenty of time, and then some. In the mean time, it gives the Delaney's, Tarrant, Hansen and Pedo time to sort themselves out and work out who wants to be a long term key defender.

Agree on him not playing if underdone. he has shown that he is only a useful player when fully fit. Also given the amount of tall timber Carlton had last week, I didnt think we were too bad.

Hansens inclusion is enough for me. I want to see if we do intend to play the ruckmen across HB and how that goes. Thompson or Firrito can take whichever KP leads up the ground. Hansen and the Rucks can sit back for the long ball.

This also lets us put more rebounding types back there like JMac and Wright. I really liked what happened in the 3rd quarter against Carlton, and want to see more of that.

If he gets through this weekend ok then he has to play.

His 5 weeks off this season is plenty different to last year. He did every session this year and his fitness is well ahead of last year.
