chucked the $20 on ivory coast/brazil +3.5 at 11/1 but when i log in online my balance says 0 and can't find any record of the bet

you have to do it from a mobile phone as far as i know
You can do it from a PC. You just have to go to the sbet.mobi website. When you want to place the freebet you have to go to that same sbet.mobi site too because it doesn't show up if you try and place it via the normal website.

sorted. turns out what i thought was 3.5+ for the game was 3.5+ for brazil, a bit embarrassing.
