I know that Daly has one of the screening camp spots.

I wonder if Trotter, Braybon, Daly, Nevins, Nunan and Taylor might qualify as Victorian invitees as they are with Victorian clubs.

I would have expected Potter, Archibald and Hodgson to be under consideration of the 'true' NSW players.

8 Tasmanians? Morrison, Robinson ... Andrews ... Savage maybe. Might be some VFL players in the mix.

That link doesn't work:(

dasler, to help you out and hopefully to convince you that I do know what I am talking about, here below are the WA kids that are going to the Draft Camp:

Duffield, Hall, Moody, Surjan (SF)
B.Jones, C.Jones (CL)
Richardson,Spencer (SD)
Bradley,Pettigrew,Burges (WP)
Johnson (P)
Spaanderman(EP)
Ray(PT)

I could go on and list those attending the State Screening but that doesn't serve any useful purpose at this stage.
I have had the above since 22nd Aug as have most others in the know but I won't be surprised, going on some of your previous posts, if you don't believe me.
If any have been added or deleted since then I am not aware of them.

You need to be All-Australian or nominated by 4-5 clubs. I think the absence of Blake is confirmation that the other clubs expect him to be taken under father-son. It is a pretty sure thing though.

Few questions i need to know because i want to be a AFL footballer. I'll do anything and everything to make me happen so can someone please explain to me the following things?

Falconer I'd imagine Michael Pettigrew and Jacob Surjan would do well in the jumps testing. If he is at state screening Craig Jovanovic would also do very very well I would imagine. I think all three were wa athletes at some point.

Tipping Kepler for a big beep test, he looks very very fit.

Interesting to see him in there. I thought he was only going to the state screening.

Interesting to see that the speedster from Port Melbourne, Aaron Davey wasn't invited to the Draft Camp.

Is there an age limit or some other form of qualification that may have rendered Aaron ineligable? I'd be interested to know.

I'm not saying that he was a dead certainty to be invited, as normally it's only the young guns who get the invites. However, I was wondering if perhaps some clubs may have wanted to take a closer look at him, especially those from interstate.

Or perhaps, the talent scouts feel he has too many weaknesses in his game, along with the fact that they have seen Aaron play often enough with the Borough, to know whether or not they are genuinley interested or not.

I don't know much about this camp and who can/can't qualify. I'm interested to know if anyone can give me their opinion on Aaron and also how you qualify for the Draft Camp.

Go Roos
