5. Yarran - Bombers
6. Hartlett - Richmond
7. McKernan - Roos
8. Suban - Carlton
9. Trengrove - Saints
10. Ziebell - Brisbane

the odds are that melbourne will finish last, if so fremantle and west coast will have picks 2 and 3.

if this is the case, imagine if the two highly rated west australians in rich and naitanui go picks 1 and 2 (one of them to melbourne). this would mean fremantle or west coast would miss out on getting one of the two and have to take a risk with the ''go home factor'' or go with yarran (still v. good but not as highly rated.

if a west australian team gets pick 3 they should hope melbourne picks watts.
because would'nt that just suck for the unfortunate WA club, if it happens?

why would that be. i no, i would hate to be in a situation whter to choos Naitanui or Rich, geeze what a shame.

1) watts (melb)
2) rich (wce)
3) nat (freo)
lot of freo supporters hoping we pick nat so then they can get rich
but pretty sure rich is a deadset pick for wce

Just send some letters out to several AFL clubs and/or player managers, professional type letters, and it's just a waiting game from then on I spose. Will be pretty tough to go through the ranks though without knowing any players and aren't related to any families heavily involved with the AFL though. Year 9 I am in atm, now come to think about it, I think it might actually be a couple more years away from it. I'll need to get a management degree & law degree I think to be part of that field and to have a chance to become successful. It can be done, but a couple of years of study will be required, which I'm willing to do. :)

Dont need a law degree to be a RM buddy.

Can somebody please tell me why it what matter if Melbourne got Warnock and they would not take Watss, Clearly their front half is stuffed, relying on Robo to kick you a winning score is footy suicide. If they picked up both then they would be in a lot better position to push for finals sooner, maybe 5 years away rather than 7-8 years away. please someone help me out here. i am dumbfouded as to why this if they got warnock crap, if they dont. their ruck division is ok (Johnson, Jamar) some others coming through. just a thought. I feel they would pick Watss first any ways.

but why would they pick Nat, he is risky and they have some promising ruckmen that are really starting to make inroads into the AFL, Jonhson 24 years old, Jamar 25, Jake Spencer (R, 20) their future is not bleak, the point I am making is that they need Watts before naitanui, they are not gonna be winning games with a forward line of Robo, Davey, Woenamirri. It just wont work.

see my point people.

yeah it would!

if a WA team if they had pick 3 and the two west australian boys in rich and naitanui went picks 1 and 2 and then they would have to take a risk on a ''go home factor'' player or take yarran which is not a risk but is not touted for pick 3.

read posts clearly before you go sarcastic on them.

Scully is to young to be drafted this year, and do you really reckon west coast would choose watts over Naitanui or Rich
watts is a very good player and is still a year younger than these players but would west coast risk taking him????????????????????

West Coast take best available if they think he is going to be next Brown/Pavlich whatever they will take him...
