OK, so just need some clarification. If you want to get the $30 member pack that includes a beanie and poncho, you need to pre-order either the hat version or the scarf version, depending on which of those two items you want to choose as your member freebie?
In one of the emails or documents that was provided it almost sounded like you could (for example) order the scarf version, but you could collect the hat as your member freebie, or vice versa.
Any clarification would be appreciated.
Official Cats might be able to help.

The official account hasn't been on the board in some time, so I tweeted the official Twitter account, and got no response there after a few days.
Any how, contacted the member team directly, and they provided the following:

You are entitled to a free cap or scarf as a part of your membership entitlement and
this item can be pre-ordered now or collected after 1 February 2013 by presenting
your 2013 membership card.

The Cats Shop have also put together a merchandise pack that members can purchase
exclusively which is a way of members being able to get either the alternative item
to their membership entitlement or the same item as well as a Poncho and Beanie,
which is $30 (includes postage)

You can purchase one or more of these merchandise packs and it doesn't matter wether
you choose a cap or scarf in that pack, the choice is yours.

I'm on an automatic monthly credit card debit, renews my membership automatically unless I stop it.
I say that you aren't entitled to whinge about any actions of the club unless you pay for the right to whinge!

'Dimebag'
one of the greatest metal concerts of all time, that avatar photo :D
A very unfortunate soul, then there's the new membership.;)

Love how the club is selling next years limited raffle leading up to Xmas days after the Committed Cats payments come out. "Hi we are calling to see if you would like to buy a $200 raffle ticket off of us?"

Give us a chance to catch up a bit will ya $695 for a membership then asking for another $200 days after that is getting a bit much

Does anyone know if there is a seat map available for next year? I've tried to call and email the club, and both channels have been pretty hopeless really... Want to look at getting a seat but need to know where they are, work out if its worth it etc

We started far later than some teams. Some of them had launched their campaigns before the season was over.

We also sent our renewals out quite late.

I only got mine earlier this week.

There is a seat map here:

http://membership.geelongcats.com.au/reserved-seating-geelong.html

It's not a great one though in that it's a very general map rather than a specific one. For example where my current seat is that stand is both bronze and silver, but what the seat map doesn't tell me is specifically (bay numbers etc) how far I can move (planning to swap seats for 2013) before I end up in silver.

So there is a map, whether it's detailed enough for what you need though will depend on your circumstances.

My membership card just says footy full on. I'm a Melbourne based member. It used to have pictures of players. Is this just a Melbourne member thing, or do all memberships just have a blue card that says footy full on?

Mine's the same, and I'm a Home & Away member-must be for all memberships, it is a bit bland.

Membership tally has risen to 19,883 today-we're getting there slowly!

Not sure if I'm over thinking things here or not, but have a question with how long it's taken people to receive their memberships.
I'm a Committed Cats member and had my 1st payment come out 16th Nov and I still haven't received my membership in the mail - I live in the Geelong region, and I remember last year I got my membership within a week of the 1st payment, but the only thing I have this year is the email from the club saying thank you for your support and becoming a member in 2013
Are things slower this year or were they just very efficient last year in getting the membership packs out to people?

Thank you for responding, it is bland, and time for a new slogan. While we are at it, squeeze yellow and black in the club song (ok, maybe i took it to far).

Got the weekly Email from the club on Monday saying all renewal forms have been sent out, I still haven't resevied mine yet :( how long does it Take? I live in Melbourne wouldn't think it takes that long. If I don't resevie my form by mid next week should I contact the club??

I got mine a few weeks back. Maybe contact the club.

I am looking at getting a seat... has anyone else just gone and got one by themselves? I'm guessing I will get to know the people I sit with so it should be fine, a touch wary of going by myself every week..
