Johnny Warren medal night tonight. Surely the others are playing for 2nd here. Benny has had an amazing season that should be capped off with a medal tonight and a second one on Sunday.

i swear i head its being televised?

good work on posters able to get tickets. i am not a member so understand my position in relation to tickets. go mvfc

Tickets are done! only gave me the option to pick up the tickets from an outlet and they still charge $5.50 for delivery ffs! which kinda sucks!

apart from that all good this time :thumbsu:

I just go with the print-them-yourself method. They sting you extra regardless.

The ticket prices we high, but as soon as the match was restricted to the 30,000 seat stadium the price was always only going to head due north.

Tickets aren't cheap >
  • Category A: $195 adult, $150 concession, $95 child, $485 family
  • Category B: $120 adult, $95 concession, $60 child, $300 family
  • Category C (including active supporter areas): $70 adult, $60 concession, $35 child, $175 family
It's steep, but a lot cheaper than the AFL, thank god.

Got tickets up the Shitney end of the pitch but was too scared to "try again for others". Anyone sat in Bay 10 before (about 10 rows up)? Seem ok on 18 yard box and I'm not sure there's a bad seat in that stadium!

I'm really hoping fans are behaved because I know the media have probably already drafted a "Hooligans Ruin A-League Soca Final" &
"Victory chant offensive, think of the children!!!"

True. We went to Hawthorn vs North and bought the cheapest seats we could buy as walk-ups and it was about $53 per adult, and they were crappy seats.

Haven't been to an AFL grand final for years - because you just can't get tickets - but I bet the prices are outrageous.

That's one of the things I like most about the A League - the members get the grand final tickets. It has allowed us to already attend Victory winning two grand finals - plus attend the one we don't talk about.

There's no bad seats at AAAMI.

For one of the 'away' derbies I bought what I thought were going to be bad seats, located right up in a corner, and they were still fine.

True, if I go alone I sometimes ditch my allocated seat and go sit up high in the stands to get a different perspective. It's not for everyone but I quite like seeing how different players position themselves. Delpierre (much like Pirlo in a different role) doesn't sprint much but is always in the right position, amazing to watch.

We are normally Level 1 at Etihad, but sat in Level 2 last week. It does give a better perspective of the attacking build-ups.

Delpierre does have that uncanny ability of being in the place at the right time. Even when he does occasionally get caught he tackles with impressive judgement.

I nabbed a few in the corners of the Sydney end, I'd have liked them at the other end but didn't want to risk losing what I had so I stuck with it.

I didn't get the option to print tickets only to pick them up.

yes but how about the j warren medal?

Sorry. Misread your question.

I seriously doubt the Johnny Warren will be televised by anyone. But SEN usually pick up on the result fairly quickly, and if Benny wins I'm sure the MVFC site will get it up pretty quickly.

My tickets are in the Sydney corner under the scoreboard. Have sat on the corresponding opposite side (in a derby) and view is always good.

From a game perspective, if fit, Geira must start ahead of Broxy at right back. Geira looked hungry when he came on :)

FMD, can't wait!!!

Geria was in top form before being injured. I'm just glad we have Broxy and Geria.

(Hope Broxy scores on Sunday. The place would go into ****ing meltdown!!)

I'm the opposite. Usually sit where you are in away derbys but sitting opposite on Sunday. View is good. Better when we win. :p

prob with brox is that he tries to overdo things that are simple. then fouls player. geria is just class.
