LOL cheeky! I like Parker more, tough hard at it mid. Get on Parker to win Charlie soon. A less brain dead version of Fyfe. Seriously Fyfe should have won it by 10 lengths tonight but he gets himself suspended all the time.

Go anywhere on big footy and all people can use to justify his win is that he "works hard ". Not exactly the same glowing endorsements for guys like goodes, Ablett, judd, cousins etc

To put it simply ask yourself this very simple question would you trade Selwood, Kennedy, Franklin or Fyfe for Priddis?
Only part i dont get about the brownlow is in the statement Best and Fairest.

The Brownlow Medal is a 'Fairest and Best' award, fairest being the first criteria for the award.
Priddis winning was outta the blue in my calculations, mind I don't watch many Eagirls. .... whoops I mean many Eagles games. He does strike me as a quiet and humble person and so the Umps made their choice. I'm not dissatisfied with the outcome, a few Swans got in amongst the votes and Matt Priddis took home Charlie.

Priddis is a classic Brownlow winner. A good player from an average team. You stand out more for votes. Good players from totally shit teams don't get enough wins. Good players from good teams have to split the votes.
