GWS are hot for Petracca and the benefit for Saints is they get top 4 and get a tall and a mid at 6.

We can get Laverde at 7 I feel so 5 isn't that big a deal if we get another early crack at 19.

This years trade period has really thrown up some players throwing tanty's to leave clubs.....It'll only get worst from here now and draftees can no be relatively confident that Contracts mean jack shite!

I thought he was just saying there was a few types available at that pick.

Yeah I just am not as turned on by the mooted top 4 as others. I'd like to have a go at Laverde who I think would last until 8 or maybe Weller there. Then another decent player at 15.

GC might want one of those sliders.

Either way will be happy.

Sounds like Lever to me. But I hear GWS are super keen on him too and may beat us with their pick 4 unless they upgrade to pick 1.

The behind being the Beams deal, the turnover and goal being landing Aish.

Obviously just a rumour but the hilarity if Aish does end up leaving the club after all this would be too much for me.

That's interesting and makes thing difficult though in terms of upgrading 5. Obviously would need a player as a sweetener.

I think we go to the draft with what we have as no doubt Dekka will get us a gem still at 30. 5 is the worry for me.

I hope he requests a trade to Collingwood and we offer them pick 30 just to shit them, but if it happened he would likely request a trade to Adelaide for pick 10 + a late pick for steak knives.
