I really don't understand what the membership department and the shop are thinking sometimes. Kramer1 I recommend calling them but I don't know if you'll get a favourable response. I'm still chasing two purchases that I made on family day...one from the shop and one from the membership team. What they've done to you is ridiculous, way worse than what I'm experiencing, and I'm mad enough as it is.

Wouldn't bother with an email.
It's easy enough to send an email to the trash folder, but a call......well it's not as easy to hang up on a customer.
It's a bait and switch... it's illegal.

I wasn't impressed either. It just so happens that all the games I plan to come over for are away games. My "membership" is useless. Hopefully I get to use it in September

Really? I have a Country & Interstate membership that says Entry for 5 Home Games (No away games). what type of membership do you have?
Long distance. ..mine just rolls over from year to year.
That's what I had last year but they membership page said that that membership was discontinued, so I went the C&I. Surprised they let it roll-over to the LD. Maybe you can get a credit / change over?

I hope we have the same as their seems to often be ppl unhappy with the club,
Only neg thing ive experienced is them not having a large size training singlet in the club shop, very minor annoyance compared to how many are travelling in here.

Yeah that's certainly new that I hadn't noticed. Getting to the point where I'm buying memberships on principle rather than anything else because they sure as hell aren't giving me any value.

Living in Canberra, Im the same. Will not get to any games but happy to buy the 3game membership just to be a member.
Spend more than I have on merchandise (wife just shakes head).

Geez they're doing well since they appointed a new President.
