SHOULD be, I was saying that for him last year but it was only for his mate Sherro. This year def. needs be, Harley coming in, Weller etc. coming through makes it tougher but he has all the tools - just needs to find his niche somewhere in the team.
Otherwise I am sure they have a position in the PR department for him.

I'm agnostic but yeah we like the sanctuary ;)
Take Inveigh Slang with you to your Tree sanctuary as he doesn't seem to understand that it's not all about watching every drill.

He wont have to put up with us missing great shots at goal by our Pav or when Daws comes over to chat with us. Us mature types enjoy the fellowship that you younguns dont appreciate but will do once you get to near our age. ha ha :p;)

Sitting under the Moreton bays quietly watching training with the Freo disciples is akin to a religious experience . Having our version of God and his son running around on the sacred turf that is Freo oval adds to the feeling of peace and good fellowship. I have forgone the chitty chatter of the old dudes and thrown my lot in with the young footy intellects . Hopefully Harry upon reading this and for possibly the first time in his life being called an intellect will respond to the compliment and bring me the golden cup filled with the markets finest coffee and the perfect munch while watching our Gods work out the inevitable vanilla slice.

It's been like therapy for me. Will be very tearful when I no longer can sit under the fig trees and watch on.

Sometimes it's good to actually stop talking and listen to the environment around you.

I have to work tomorrow so won't be there but looking forward to some reports tomorrow and feeling quite jealous of those that will be able to make it.
Enjoy! I'm with Salim & JMT, I find it a place of great peace sitting under the figs.

In two years time it will be under the flowering purple jacarandas at Cockburn.
