Anyone listen to 6PR last night?

I swear Karl and Brad ask more broad questions than Bob Hawkes ocker accent. Always the same dribble about where does Ross think other teams are in relation to us?and our confidence in being 'flag favourites'. I swear Im going to have to buy Ross a crystal ball so he doesnt have to tell Brad and Karl he doesn't have one.

Maybe they'll talk footy next week.

Reported in the West Australian that Josh Simpson wants to return to East Fremantle to have another go at getting back into the AFL .
He has been in talks with Mullewa President for several weeks as well as East Fremantle who would welcome him back .
Both clubs have stated that they think he should finish the season with Mullewa where he is Captain Coach before making the move .
He is a very talented player but he is a risk of not being able to stay the coarse maybe not worth the risk but I wish him well in his endeavours .

He does need to show that he can stick with something without dropping his bundle. If he can play out the year with Mullewa and then play out another year with the Sharks, and do well, then he may be a chance. If he drops Mullewa now then it will just reflect on him poorly.

Either way it's great news that he seems hungry. Stoked for him. Some people need to go the long way around.

Speaking of Boomer, anyone seen that foxtel advert where he brags about what a sore loser he is? Tell us something we don't know.

shows how awesome the Aquinas coaching staff are :)

I duno about that haha

Many of the 'coaches' are hack teachers who I believe are forced/ get paid more to do it.

Fyfe has really matured over the years, I remember what a handful he was.

I recently spoke to one of the older coaches - Peter Van Helden. He and his brother were legends at East Freo. I think he's been coaching there for 20 + years.

Two interesting videos up on the AFL website:

Very good coverage of Midvale JFC, and the great work that junior coaches do in the community. Walters took a speccie every week and never missed a training session. He also headed to Chicken treat beforehand for chips and cola.

Although he is the face of the Eagles, it is very hard to dislike Naitanui (though he has been playing since he was ten, so has no excuses for his poor game sense).

The first few minutes are about Matty Campbell's poor call on Saturday night, saying that Michael Johnson gave away a HTB to Thomas. What we all know, many commentators are shite.
