I remember an AFL wide stat a few years ago and it was pretty much a 50/50 split between male and female over the whole of the AFL in terms of attendances.

Hmm. I think there might be an error then. My partner sits with her dad and they received different coloured hats.

My son is an 11 game gold member and he is a bit miffed that he didn't get a hat. He got the junior members pack (which you get if you get a $30 non ticketed junior membership) but I would have thought as an 11 game member he would get a hat too. In the past he has got the gold member gift" even though he is a junior member.
Also as far as I can see when my kids received their junior memberships they didn't receive lanyards for their tickets (both 11 game members). Then their cards came but no lanyard. I realise not all kids actually have ticketed memberships but the ones who do should have been sent a lanyard for their ticket.

While Adelaide still regards itself as "the team for all South Australians", Fagan told AFL.com.au it didn't mean his club was the only team for all South Australians.

He said the health of both clubs was crucial to the game in the City of Churches.

"I don't believe you have to be seen as the dominant club; I don't sit there each day thinking how are we going to become the dominant club in Adelaide," Fagan said.

"I've got no problems with competition – I encourage it.

"In Adelaide if we’ve got two competitive clubs they will go head-to-head to ensure that football's the winner.

id call them. Id be 90% sure those items should have been received and there was an error. Worth the question as it is certainly not out of character (which is disappointing to say the least)

definitely call the club. you should have gotten a member pack with a lanyard, stickers and pin for all memberships. Our silver 11 game junior membership pack came with a hat, the 'unleash 2015' blue envelope with lanyard etc and a junior members pack with a footy and a couple other bits and pieces.

With the late start to the season and what we have for sale it really is a good time to start promoting memberships. Now that footy is back sell 3 game memberships almost as daily tickets and promote boundary line as the best way to get a seat at the game.

Just heard our We Fly As One radio ad as well.

That would have to include the SANFL members otherwise the Oval is too small.
Still, 35,000 club 11 game members is impressive and a good source of income going straight to the club.
Also this year each club gets $50 for each SANFL member.
