firstly, he didn't get KO'd this week which is a huge positive
secondly, he got 20 disposals at ~50% eff., hopefully he lifts that and has a big score soon

he'll be a rollercoaster from here on, will have a couple 120+ scores followed by some shocker 40-70s. May as well hold him for now

i don't have him atm never have but am looking at him either post bye or this week if i have enough players and can do future trades now, I'm thinking he'll be my D6 or D7 the way the year goes

Due to the lottery that is called SC defenders and with Oxleys knack of knocking out big scores(5 97+'s) I think I my hang on to him as a D6/D7 type. Just worried about his 3 vests and he may tire towards the end but I cant see a reason to trade him out at the moment as I dont think he will lose much value from his current price

If he punches out a 97 every second game then he would be great for loopholing in the second half of year and could end up being a nice POD too.

Thoughts on Andrew walker?
Pretty much bottomed out at 368k, BE of 91 this week. Carlton are obviously a big risk and Doc's emergence might prevent him from getting his big numbers back. Worth a thought though

He's a great pick. He can avg 90 the rest of the season. Hopefully he stays cheap until after the bye.

I have both and was planning to ditch them at Round 12, but Oxley's latest score has me in two minds about this.

At the moment I want to turn Saad to either Hodge in Round 12 or Simpson in Round 14.

Saad will be my M9 and def/mid swingman
I traded Ox out a few weeks ago

could easily keep both at D6 and D7 imo

I forced my hand last week. Was most likely gonna keep Saad for his dpp and consistency and with oxley injury concern i traded him out. Not sure what if i would do that now. Saad is my d6 for now and will be a luxury upgrade

i ditched the ox for yeo last week which is short term pain for a long term gain given Yeo's BE last week. will eventually bring in players like gibson/smith/tom mcdonald for lumumba/saad and one of dmac or lever.

leaving me with

hodge - shaw - yeo
gibson - mcdonald - smith

bench
savage - dmac/lever

Im going to hold 1 as cover for the year, probably Saad, he seems to be more consistent with his scoring.

Oxley will probably make way next week, which is a shame as i'll be offloading him before he maxes out, but so be it.

I think it is personally. A bit sideways. Newnes, if not tagging, could easily average 90+ for the rest of the year.

I did something similar, but brought danger in as well.
