I wish Oxley hadn't been so good over the last two weeks. I need to trade one of him, Saad or Newnes and to me Oxley will score the worst from here on. I just can't bring myself to trade a guy with a B/E of 5

Same here... Fwiw imo he won't consistently score 90+ I can see him having some quieter games in our upcoming rough patch. Imo saad is one to hold for the season.

I ended up trading Newnes which sucks because he's just started coming good. Oxley has a few tough games coming up so I'll probably trade him in a couple of weeks when he maxes out again

Not in that order, but those are the guys that seem to be hitting their stride the most, and look more than capable of holding.

whats happened to him more a team player these days?
Dont see that huge kick all the much from him which was sc gold.

My thoughts are Malceski maybe after Ablett and co return in the middle but not the other 2.

Unsure on Smith last 2 weeks been poo shit d/e.
But straight swap for Kspud.
Unsure on Lever return in the short term so smith could be cheap bench cover.

Hurn was looking like our only decent kick out of the 50 late last year and was being 'tagged' to stop his right leg.
McGovern who has a Hurn like leg and plays loose has taken over that job. Take a look at some of his kicks to advantage out of our back 50. The kid is an absolute gun.

Also losing McKenzie and Brown has forced Hurn to play accounatble and deeper in the back 50 plus Wellingham and Sheppard have been huge with their ball use and run out of the back 50.
Now can add Ellis who was great last night.

Sucks for Hurns SC scoring. I looked at him pre season but would never pick him now.

But hes scoring has fell away quiet a bit.

Agreed.
The quality of a player is not determined by his SC score. Have a look at Frawley and Lake. IMO Rance is one of the top 6 full backs in the comp. was highly sought after, hence Richmonds rush to sign him.

No way the pressure has affected Hurn. It's purley game plan that's killed his scores.
Wellingham, Sheppard and McGovern have stolen his points.
