Kreuzer I am not sold that he has a voice, as he doesn't seem the type of person who would go up to someone and give them a serve when it is deserved.

Who ever is good enough to not be conceivably dropped. Players who really know the game plan, who are vocal and direct players on the track and during games. Need leaders who really like to make themselves heard and are outspoken, I couldn't possibly comment on this without knowing them well.

If so that's 4 of the 5 I voted for as far as I what I wanted, not expected. I had Kreuzer instead of Simmo for age reasons but the Hawks don't mind over 30s in their leadership group something makes sense that Bolton thinks that way too.
Still waiting for mine.
Would be a bit of a surprise if he isn't there, but not necessarily a bad thing. He leads and will no doubt still be a mentor to many, particularly Weitering.

The title of being in a leadership group won't really impact someone like Jamo or Simmo, they'll lead the group no matter what.
Not having to front as many pressers etc may allow them more time to ensure that their bodies are cherry ripe.
