And how do they know what is his full potential. As JOM is out of contract I don't think they have any leverage to be making the calls on his potential or getting what they exactly want.Gold Coast will want full potential value for JOM in any trade.
Even if he said "trade me to Hawks or I nominate for PSD" the Suns might call the bluff to make a point. I am sure Essendon would love that. It would be the worst possible outcome.
He dissapeared in the 2nd half yehHe is useless mate, his career is stuffed and will be defined by that one Cyril mistake ( or so its been said by those that know best )..
Just a tad stingy by GCS don't ya think?Gold Coast have offered JOM $1.4m over 2 years
Surely they think he will play good footy again with an offer like that?

I don't know if he wanted more than two years. If he stays with the Suns, it will be short term while he proves to other clubs he is physically fine.I'm on the other side on this....If they had faith in his knee they would have offered him more than 2 years.
Isn't it the youngest Langford brother? Not sure if this is the right thread, but a Hawk poster just posted elsewhere that we have a gun Father & Son midfielder coming to us next year who is rated right up there amongst next years prospective draftees.
Who is this, do we know?
The only father/son I know of is the youngest Langford, but I thought he was key position, not a mid?Not sure if this is the right thread, but a Hawk poster just posted elsewhere that we have a gun Father & Son midfielder coming to us next year who is rated right up there amongst next years prospective draftees.

I honestly don't know where those squibs from the AFL website get their info from, surely they are just letting the interns write all their content lately?Apparently on the afl website this is what the fans dreams would be.........apparently TOB isnt going to make and we are going to replace him with a better fwd.........yes....the dream trade is brad hill for tabener hahaha
More like a nightmare

I thought the same, but it's a lot of cap space for 2 years if they have no faith in their medical team/his kneeI'm on the other side on this....If they had faith in his knee they would have offered him more than 2 years.
in this case they have been asking plebs to submit their trades, so its the general public and no guarantee what club they actually go forI honestly don't know where those squibs from the AFL website get their info from, surely they are just letting the interns write all their content lately?

Have you heard of Burton? You club was massively into him.
Also week have one of the best midfielders of the next draft as a father and son.
Add crouch of Mitchell to the mix and we'll be fine. It's Gibson that needs replacing.
He is basically like Will expect a far better disposal.I'd presumed Langers Jnr Jnr too, but I also thought he was more a KPP. Haven't been following his progress all that closely though.
This was the post...
He is basically like Will expect a far better disposal.
Will played quite a few games on the half forward before moving to into the midfield and I assume it Is going to be the same with James.
Best to approach him with caution at the moment though as it can be hard to find a lot on him but he has trained with the Hawks a bit and looks a real talent. Very nice skills.
Paul Dear's youngest, also has big wraps. So there's a third Langers child, so one after Lachlan? And he'll up for grabs in next years draft?
I don't know if I was unaware of that, or if I knew that already and had just forgotten. Either way, he sounds pretty exciting. Cheers.
