Some might just have niggles but, just the same, the rehab group is probably bigger than we would like at this stage. Hopefully it reduces over the next few weeks. Would be a nice change to enter the season with something resembling a full list (apart from Skinner).

Bell was a minor knee clean up he'll be right soon. Hippy will be back in a week as well no real need to worry about the boys in the rehab group. For most of them it's just taking a careful approach.

It was a pretty flat session yesterday. Not a lot of noise, really looked a little like another day at the office. There was a bit of basic tackling work, 4 vs 5 handball clearance, bit of no pressure front and centre work and then a bit of low contact game through the middle of the field. I missed the first part where there was a full ground drill happening.

Nothing really striking occurred, Christensen still looks in great shape, Rich also looks primed for a big year, Cutler is also moving very well, Big Stef looks good and Matho is flying.

Happy to answer questions

Rhino also looks pretty fit and firing from the photos. Hopefully has an uninterrupted year.

Yep the weights sessions really show you how lean but strong AFL players are. When watching Rocky run around kicking the footy at training it did cross my mind that Rocky earns 70k a month to do it.

Popped in briefly. Walker Stef Frost Cutler C Beams doing laps. Archie Hipwood and Rueben doing not much.

10 a side match simulation and some basic wrapping up the player with the ball drills going on.

Glad to hear they are concentrating wrapping up the player with the ball. Lost count last year and previous years how often we allow players to just break a flimsy tackle or they just stand in the tackle and dish off. Massive area in need of instant improvement.
