Quit trying to be inflammatory? Pretty rich coming from you.

As others have said, you have a lot of ground to make up. So months of being a dick is wiped for a weeks worth of useful contribution?

Play the ball, not the man. Leemas has recognised shortcomings, and moved to address his percieved negative impact on our little community. That takes more than negative analysis finishing in a personal attack.

His? isn't it supposedly a woman? whatever

Just stop. Thread will be much more enjoyable if everyone moves forward and stops with some posters stop the personal attacks. Takes guts for someone to recognise that they need to change slightly and to take steps to better themselves. Forget the past, this is 2017 now, the year of the lions (maybe 2018 is...)

I know ppl are gonna cry that its too early to tell but I'm not convinced that Fagan is capable to taking the team to the finals.
IF Fagan isn't then who is? Fagan will probably get 3/4 years to mould the team and if we are down the bottom for another 3 years, then the young blokes are gonna start getting impatient. Players like Schache, Cuts, McStay, McCluggage etc. are gonna start having a look around which is only natural for a team constantly down the bottom. This will mean we lose out on yet more talent and be even harder for us to rise the ladder.

I really feel that if we can't rise up with Fagan and this core group of youngsters then we will be in a wasteland just waiting for the chop.

you may be right Ruse no one knows at this stage although IMO Chris Fagan could not have been more impressive in his first few months on board. there is a positive vibe around the club and the players seem to have bought into what Fagan is trying to implement ie. ownership and responsibility for themselves and the club as a whole. we have a mature/calm/experienced/determined man in charge now and if we continue to be the rabble we have been in the past i for one will be shattered and have NFI where the hell we go after that.

Maybe it's from being burnt in the past, but I'm a bit like you...I have reservations still. Definately seems to be a positivity around the club, which is good, but..........I'll wait and see before getting too excited.
