I've argued this before, but the powers that be that run this thread still believe the likes of Markov, Bonner, the Clarke brothers, and anyone drafted by GC last year are better choices.

Ive tried to make changes to the poll but its a bit of a nightmare for the mods especially when players have already been voted for

McGrath will build all year I think and be very consistent, SPP will blow people away in patches with his power.

My tip...

SPP then McGrath from Burton/Taranto.
Milera is another who is a very good chance if things fall his way.

Preuss is too old by 6 months, would of been good to see a ruckman genuinely contest the RS award.

Wtf he looks like he's 30

Monster, up to 113kg's accordingly to the S&C coach I know at the club.

Was working in a car wash on the Goldy 2 years ago.

Hoping Simpkin plays less than 10 games this season so he's eligible next year.

SPP/Taranto/McGrath the early favourites.
I would prefer him to get games experience than win an award. We should play him all year as long as he is fit.

SPP or SPS is my early prediction.

McGrath seems to be doing the slow burn like Mills did last year. May serve him well if he gets a late nod with a bit of minor hysteria each week of him not being nominating.

I dont SPP winning it. But looks a solid 3rd/4th. He's made the early strides, but come years end, SPS, McGrath, Taranto & Hopper will be dominating the conversation methinks.
