We should go hard for Ollie Wines. Could be in a similar situation as Tom Mitchell at the Swans. Recruited quite heavily, have average players in Boak and Hartlett on big money and SPP coming through. We could probably get it done.

There's a lot of variables at play here.

Port Adelaide have recruited heavily the last two off seasons and firmly believe they're in the window. He's probably waiting to see if Port have a chance of finishing top 4 before assessing his options. That said, if rumours are to be believed, Port are under quite a bit of salary cap pressure. So until we have a clearer picture of where Port are at then we won't really know if we can lure him back to Vic.

He's also not a free agent. So we'd have to trade for him. Which then makes it a question of what would we trade for him?
