Geelong would have to come up with an extremely enticing offer for us to even consider trading Stuv.
Interesting reading Cook's comments though, about them having to re-evaluate where they're at and where they're going.
If they do decide to go all-in for a flag then there's every chance that they will in fact make us an offer that's pretty much too good to refuse, given how they usually willingly pay overs if it gets a deal done.
This year's and next year's firsts would probably be the bare minimum they'd offer.
Doubt Kelly is worth pick 5. Especially as Freo could potentially get Max King there and they've been after someone like him for years and years. I wouldn't swap 5 for him if I was them I don't think. Their midfield is already stacked with Fyfe, Neale (?), Mundy (temp), Hill x 2, Brayshaw, Cerra, Blakely and Walters, so I'd say they need M King more.

I doubt saints would have anything to worry about with Stevens, contracted player and Geelong wouldnt offer a 1st round or Duncan given Stevens age, we can say its a smoke screen for something else.

Agree with this. Don't see pick 5 going to Geelong. With Stuv the state of play is that he is contracted, happy to stay, they approached us and he's our best player. 2 firsts would be the minimum I'd say, on top of that I wouldn't be bargaining, if Stuv is open to it I'd name the price and they choose to pay it or not. I still believe he is worth too much to us to trade.

Steven and every player mentioned in the press, jack dyer yeh north have an offer on the table.
I really think it’s a deliberate marketing tactic, they probably go into sponsorship talks and give stats on air time and column inches.
