If naturally north's mail is correct that we don't rate him and prefer Xerri, then you can bet your life his agent has informed other clubs of this. So the whole "he's contracted, make clubs pay overs" probably isn't going to fly here.

The faux outrage when we end up with 43 for a VFL ruckman without an AFL tank will be amusing though.

The idea that we don't rate him is ridiculous. I can understand if we possibly rate Xerri higher but you clearly don't toss out a 3 year extension to a player you don't rate.

Yeah but he may be exploring his options because the club has encouraged him to. Him being contracted isn't all that relevant if the club doesn't want to keep him.

We will need to replace Preuss. Going in with Xerri and Daw as the back ups is irresponsible list management.
