Bit of both imo. Burrow is making some great throws but the Clemson CBs have been beaten a lot

They have been poor but he has also overthrown a hell of a lot. Radar just not dialed in and can’t get into a rhythm with his receivers not able to break free of anyone

Burrow is so poised under pressure, best QB prospect Ive seen since Luck I reckon. His deep ball placement is magnificent, even if it doesn't get there all that quickly through the air. May have to work more on staying off safeties in the pros but he's got all the makings of someone who will succeed big time. ..what a remarkable season.

He wont have anywhere near the talent in Cinci. i dont know if his aggressive throws will work in the NFL.

It will depend if this was another player catching lightening in a bottle for a year or if he is good and for whatever reason it has never shown till this season.

Im always skeptical on players who pop up for one year after not being able to win starting jobs the previous year or previous school.

Yeah the change in burrow from last season to this season, with the addition of a new passing coordinator and new philosophy, leads me to believe he could be somewhat of a system QB. However LSU’s offence was always conservative until this year, so it could be that he just had the shackles released and this was always how good he could be.

He had some decent competition for the job in Ohio state too.

With the receiver class in the next draft probably time Bengals cut Green loose. Always injured and free up cap to strengthen OL and defence.
