I used to love Dangerfield at Adelaide... but since going to Geelong something about him really irritates me. I think he's got some of that self entitled bulkshit from the rest of their senior players.

I'm trading any Wood trade return for Bonar personally.

I think that's a great risk vs reward deal in the Ahern mould.

Numbers weren't great in the NEAFL, but he's a 20 year old 6"3 midfielder that was taken #11 in 2017.

We need more high end talent on the list at relatively good value, he's a good example of it, there's obviously a connection there with LDU from high school as well.

I think its because Dangerfield thinks HE "Is Geelong". I get the impression that in HIS eyes, only HE is the one who can win a game for them. All the others are out there because you have to have 18 on the field.

What ever happened to Tom Nicholls, last seen playing for Gold Coast about 2016, has he retired, is he injured ? I thought he showed a bit of promise as a young Ruckman, but seems to have slipped right off the map.

Saw him playing NEAFL vs LIONS curtain raiser roos v lions at the GABBA. Had some injury concerns but clearly Witts way past him. Lions won that > 100 pts, SUNS were going through the motions, and little league would have given a better account of themselves.

Getting a Bonar would be excellent, but is it better than having Wood?

List management have some hard decisions.

Bit stiff to trade Wood just as he's coming into his own.

As for Bonar, would want to do due dilligence on him, don't want to just trade one knob out for another.
